Our Story

Silver Arc is a dual author blog focused on helping future authors hone in on their writing techniques, as well as learn the steps to becoming a young, published author.

Back in early 2019, the first seeds for the idea of Silver Arc bloomed in the minds of two high school girls with big dreams. Both girls were drawn to the written word, enamored by the endless possibilities and destinations it could take them to in life. At the end of 2019, the dream became a reality as the girls donned the pen names of A.G. Silver and T.C. Arc and made the bare bones of what would soon be the Silver Arc Blog. As the dream grew, so did the girls’ aspirations. They began to work harder on the blog, spending days planning and formatting the website. On July 14th, 2020, the very first post of Silver Arc was released, and the blog took off.

The reaction to the blog was nearly immediate. The girls were sent messages and emails, thanking them for inspiration, and asking for more advice on writing. A.G. Silver and T.C. Arc became role models to young writers, proving that age does not stop the ability to inspire and fulfill your dreams.

Now after months and months of constant work and dedication, Silver Arc has blossomed into a flourishing site and home ground for aspiring authors.

We adopted the symbol of a compass, a tool for guiding wanderers to what they seek. Life pulls us in multiple directions, but writing acts as our true north, pointing us back toward our purpose. Silver Arc is directing authors to a bright and successful future. Authenticity to ourselves and originality in our work are two beliefs we hold very dear.
