Hello hello Readers! A.G. Silver here!
So sorry for the late post this week- as we said last week, TC and I were going to be at a camp. Well right after we came back from camp I got sick so I wasn’t able to post on Sunday. But I’m feeling a tad better now- at least good enough to write.
We had such an amazing time at camp, and being outside so much, and finally being around people renewed my writing sense. This may seem shocking but I actually haven’t written more than 2 pages since I started the publishing process of Elven Cursed… so like a year and a half ago. Yes it had been that long (and trust me I felt horrible for not writing.) I’d maybe get a few ideas and think a bit about my writing but I never really wrote anything and I felt like a terrible author. I honestly think that I had no inspiration because I hadn’t been around a whole bunch of people in ages. So for those of you who have also been struggling with writing and having no inspiration, I highly encourage you to get out of the house and do something fun! Maybe go to a cafe or a park- observe the people around you.
Even if you don’t get inspired and still haven’t written in ages, don’t be too hard on yourself- you can’t write a good story if you are super stressed and forcing yourself to write. It will come naturally at the right time.
To wrap this all up, I want to make a fun announcement- my novella, When I Sign the Rock is now available in paperback and ebook on Amazon! Go check it out!
That’s all for this week, so see you next week for our June author interview! See you on the author side!
